16A- What’s Your Secret Sauce?

1.)   I believe I am very different from many people because I feel like I have a drive that most people don’t have. Though when transferring to the University of Florida saw many more thinkers like me that I didn’t really exist within my generation. I’m also very hardworking and determined for what I want, no matter what it is. I believe I very much have charming southern hospitality even though I’m from up north. To find that unique within myself.

2.)   I was, unfortunately, unable to record these calls due to being away from all my family during my internship.
Mom- Believes I have the passion and drive to one day be a CEO of a company and has a feeling that I will make a million dollars one day.
Dad- Thinks I’m one of the hardest working people that has overcome many things to get where I am today. Believes I can keep going and be on top of whatever business I do.
Brother- He says I’m always there for him and is one of the most caring people that he knows and is glad he has a nice and outgoing brother.
Grandma- Again,n another person who thinks I’m very caring and has a lot of passion for whatever I put mind to.
Grandpa- Sees a lot of talent and hard work ever since he was my Track and running coach to make me the best I can be.

3.)   I believe these interviews are very true and are accurate to who I am. But I also believe if I was to interview some coworkers, I believe I would get some negative feedback not necessarily mea,n but I do hope people accountable and have high expectations. So, I might get some commits that I work people too hard, but these people are around my age and I know they are capable of more than they give.

  3. Hello Cameron! I think it’s great you have southern hospitality. I’m from Miami so I never understood it until moving north. I think being polite and kindness is severely underrated sometimes so I really appreciate those actions. I also love how many of your family members agree with you about your strengths because they see how much you care about the people around you.
