1.) The opportunity that I have come up with is a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich shop.
2.) Far too often, you have a craving for a Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich but no place that especially makes it like other sandwich shops that always have turkey, ham, tuna, and meatball. Here I have this idea where it’s set up like a Moe’s or Pieology. Basically, you come in pick your bread, whether it be white, wheat, a bagel, or even adventurous we have a pretzel bun. Name it; we’ve probably already jellied it up. The next step in the process would be your butter, whether it be peanut butter, cashew butter, or almond butter, the options are endless. Now for what makes my PB and J’s out of this world is our secret spread one and spread two, which you can choose which one or both, but we don’t recommend it. The next step is picking fresh organic farmers market jams where again, it’s endless since this sandwich is yours! Finally, the last step is to add any other toppings like banana or chocolate. This is a sandwich we’ve dreamed of at 2 am or in the middle of exam week during a study break.

The idea of a peanut butter and jelly sandwich shop is something that may be difficult to put together, but it seems that you have a strong idea. I like how you incorporated the idea that people have the option to choose different breads, jellies, etc. I think that this idea is strong and you have an idea you want to pursue.
